We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us, and we will either replace it or credit your account, subject to the below terms. This policy applies to products bought from Eco Lifestyle itself. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you have received a product that turns out to be defective, please notify us within 30 days of ordering the product. Where there is no extended supplier warranty period, unfortunately, we cannot facilitate returns that fall outside of 30 days. If you received damaged or defective goods, we will replace the item if we have stock. Failing that, we will refund you for the damaged goods in full.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. We will then ask you to take photos of the damaged goods and send them to us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not refund if there is any evidence that the product has been used.
You are liable for returning the item at your cost if the item is returned due to you simply not wanting the thing. If the item is faulty/broken, Eco Lifestyle will be liable for replacement costs. Once the goods in question have been returned to our warehouse and inspected, we will issue the replacements, refunds, or credits. If you received damaged or defective goods, we will replace the item if we have stock. Failing that, we will refund you for the damaged goods in full.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Eco Lifestyle does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. When a refund is accepted because you do not want the goods, the refund will not include shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
We will try our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality, in good working order, and without defects.
What is a defect?
A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
The following will not be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:
- Faults from normal wear and tear. Such as airline damages.
- Damage arising from negligence, user abuse, or incorrect product usage.
- Damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion.
- Damage arising from a failure to care for the product adequately.
- Damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product.
- The specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
