At Made Trade, products made with Sustainable Materials are made with earth-friendly and responsibly harvested raw materials like GOTS Certified Organic Cotton, linen, and hemp. These products are intentionally designed to create minimal environmental impact.

Handcrafted products are made by hand by makers and artisans in China and around the world. Often, these are products made using slow processes and generations-old traditional techniques or art forms that are in decline or in danger of being lost forever.

This product is made outside South Africa and adheres to international Fair Trade guidelines. The makers and artisans employed to make this product were paid a living wage and provided safe and healthy working conditions. Whenever possible, the materials sourced for this product were local to the region where they were manufactured and eco-friendly practices were used in the manufacturing process.
